After our magical Yosemite adventure, our incredible journey has almost come to an end. But we wanted to leave this awesome country with a bang. Yep, Vegas time it is.

Racing through the heat of Death Valley (and a few hikes and stops in between) we arrived at our final destination. The entertainment capital of the world! I’ve never ever seen anything like this. That energy, that vibe out there! The Strip, filled with extravagant, famous casinos and mega hotels. I guess we visited all the big ones, like the Bellagio, Caesars Palace, Wynn, Aria, The Mandalay Bay, all massively huge and gorgeous alright! We stayed at the fine and luxury suites of the MGM Grand. That was probably one of the coolest places I’ve ever had a sleepover in. These hotels were next level. Honestly. All packed with so many pretty boutiques, nightclubs, restaurants, casinos, swimming pools and the whole shebang. We easily got lost, like multiple times.

That time when we were in Vegas, the city was under the spell of the money fight, of Conor McGregor vs. Floyd Mayweather. It was everywhere but pretty cool to experience though. Our hotel even had it’s own boxing ring version at the reception.

We spent our last days enjoying this city, the luxury, exploring the MGM (literally one gigantic palace, you can spent hours there wandering around! Every single day we had to re-navigate to our room since for several times – we always lost directions), the pool (oh I loved the pool), the food (yasss the food!), the live music, the bars, the malls and even the limited times we gambled the night away! What was that saying again? Whatever happens in Vegas stays….. Ha!

The United States has been our beloved home away from home for a beautiful moment in our lives. This has been the best adventure of all my life and I look back with so much joy, gratitude and wonderful memories. Ones I keep close to my heart. I can’t wait to come back and I’m secretly already daydreaming about a new road-trip to this beautiful country.

It simply stole my heart.

Sad that this USA series is over? Me too! But you can view all of my other travel photography work on the blog. Or are you curious for more USA stories? You can read the full USA series on the blog right here
