One summer ago, me and my guy decided to leave home ground for a week and discover the Canary Islands together. I’ve never been to this place before and after a few hours of flying, we set foot in this amazing area. Las Palmas was going to be our home for the next days and for everyone who loves a mixed vacation (active and laid-back): Las Palmas was the real deal. We were based in a non-touristic area (which I absolutely loved). Our house was located at the beach so the ocean was the perfect lullaby and view to wake up to. And for you foodies? From breakfasts to tapas in the afternoon and the best flambéed meals at La Tabla CalienteAnother restaurant I adored was Kitchen Lovers, located at the beach for ultimate romantic dinners ;-) and their pasta is flawless. The Canary kitchen is in one word: lovely. And from food all the way to road-trips down the whole island, shopping sprees (fun!), hikes to Roque Nublo and days of snorkeling to see some treasures of the ocean. It was safe to say that it was a perfect vacation!
